Refunds Policy
At MAKR Coffee Company, we want you to feel comfortable trying us out. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our coffee, we will offer a full refund on your first order within the first 14 days of the order. No questions asked, and no need to return anything.
If it is NOT your first order with us:
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Any shipping where applicable is not refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal coffees or gift cards.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
